[ He is giggling, in that faerie way, but not replying. But there was a blue glow from within the robes...! ]

Oho~? Does my eye see something hid therein?

[He swoops down to investigate, setting the robes aside with care.]

[ And there is the sparkling blue faerie, still chuckling. ] Did I trick you~?

You did indeed! I hardly expected that- but ah, look at you! [He swoops a little, reaching out to embrace Urianger.]. It's much easier to hug you when we're of a size.

Were you ever my larger size? [ Urianger asked, as he began to snuggle into the other. ]

…well, not quite. But much closer- though this is perfect. [He snuggles back, nuzzling into the crook of Urianger's neck. He wraps his arms around Urianger, wings flittering happily.]

[ Uriangers' own wings curled around himself, as he blushed and smiled. ] You're good like this. You're... always good, Thancred. My closest advisor...

Oh? I'm glad of that, Urianger. [He makes a soft sound, curling around Urianger.]. I'll always be here for you.

[ He knows this isn't his Thancred. But he has never wished to pry. He truly desires this one, this one he loves. Who he'd tell anything...

...oh. ] ...can I speak of serious matters, if only for a little?

[In a place, where there can be more than one of them… it is strange. But all the same- he wouldn't give Urianger up, not for anything.

He stills a little at that, moving enough to be able to see Urianger.]

Of course. If I can help at all, I will.

[ Urianger sighed a little, giving a soft frown. It still hurt to admit, but: ] ...As you know, I am naught more then a soul without a body.

It's... finally beginning to wear me down, Thancred.

[He listens closely, still holding Urianger, if loosely.]

Perhaps if we made you an anchor of sorts it might help.

[ He shuddered a little. ]

...I cannot be anchored to the Courts. [ He then admits to Thancred, quietly. ] Else I may lose my connection to the Source.

Then that’s not an option . [He reaches up to stroke Urianger’s hair.]. What if... we asked one of the others for something of the Source? Something you love?

[ He thought, for a moment, before sighing. ] I... everything I love is here. I barely remember the Source. My body is still there, but...

Urianger… [He sounds sad, and soft- moving to give Urianger a little kiss.] Would it be better to bring your body to your soul, then?

...that would kill my body. I had proposed it to the Exarch before. [ But he tried to hide his own sorrow. Would that there was something to anchor him to. But he had given up his tempering.

…damn. Well. We can't have that. [He won't have it, certainly. He keeps touching Urianger, frowning.]. What if I went to find something? I'll not see you lost.

...what would you seek? [ He asked, as he cuddled closer. He didn't want Thancred to go. ]

A book, perhaps- there must be something infused enough with your presence, your aether. Or…. [He trails off, frowning. If he made himself the anchor… but could he? Would Urianger like that? He cuddles back hold tightening a little, trying to keep the other safe.]

[ He was relaxing, but... he was quiet. ] Most of my books were brought here. And of those, I gifted most of them to the Queens - to begin their collection.

...would that they could stabilize me.

Then… they wouldn't count, then? Or at least, I imagine that might be difficult…

Of anyone, I might have thought they would be able to…. [He frowns, wings fluttering.]. But… perhaps, if you are willing to try it… I might be able to help, in some small way.

I can go 'tween realms. That's why... that's why people think that all is well. [ He closed his eyes. An Ascian... well, not really. He wasn't. ] Do you ever... wish to go back to your home? If not for me, would you be there?
